Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking or using any services provided by FirstFix TV (“we”, “us”, “our”), you (“the customer”) agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before requesting a service.

2. Services Provided

We provide TV repair, diagnostics, installation, wall mounting and Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) services for LED, LCD, Smart, Android, OLED and QLED televisions across Mumbai and surrounding areas.

All repairs are carried out by trained technicians using genuine spare parts wherever applicable.

3. Estimates & Pricing

A repair estimate is provided after inspection and diagnosis. Work begins only after you approve the estimate.

• Estimates are valid for the issue diagnosed; additional faults discovered during repair may require a revised estimate.
• A nominal visit or diagnostic charge may apply and will be communicated in advance.

4. Service Warranty

Eligible repairs are covered by a service warranty on the work performed and the specific parts replaced, for the period communicated at the time of service.

The warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, power surges, unauthorised repairs by third parties, or unrelated faults arising after the repair.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about the TV brand, model and fault.
• Ensure safe access to the television and a suitable working environment for the technician.
• Back up any personal data or accounts; we are not responsible for data stored on smart TVs.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the service performed. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Televisions beyond economical repair will be returned with our recommendation.

7. Cancellations

You may reschedule or cancel a booking by contacting us in advance. Repeated no-shows may incur a visit charge.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
